Report from Councillors. Inspection of the site and possible solution.
After a close inspection it was decided that the Ivy was coming from a property on Church Yard. Council’s mowing had kept the ivy from becoming a problem on the Playing Field, however, it is much more difficult to control when the growth is between the fence and a shed. Essentially, because of the above, the problem experienced at number 11 is not the responsibility of the Parish Council.
A letter explaining the position will be sent to the complainant.
