AN ORDINARY MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL

To be held on Monday 14th November 2022.

  1. New build changing rooms on the Playing Field. Parish Council/Primary School.
  2. New village signs for Dunham Road / A57 and High Street/ A1133. Cllr Goodacre.
  3. Re-sign Receipt of Code of Conduct Forms.

 

  1. Planning.

  1. Highways Issues.
  1. Possibility of having the speed limit on the A57 reduced from 60 mph to 50 mph.
  2. Speed of Traffic, especially motorbikes, from A57 junction along the A1133 towards Laughterton.

Motion: That this Council apply to the Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership for an Archer test to give average speeds along the A1133.

  1. LCC Parish Grass Cutting Agreement for approval.

Motion: That this Council approve the alterations to the Agreement.

 

  1. Possible future events for the Community.
  • Great British Tidy up. Cllr Thompson.
  1. Possibility of a footpath between Laughterton and Newton on Trent. (5 Minutes)
  2. Lack of space for dog walkers.
  3. Possibility of a designated area which could include a Community Orchard, (Councillor Thompson)
